Book Review of Angels under Fire (And Also Be Sure To Check Out My Page Called Home
As a Marine myself I was very interested to read Mr. Russell’s Vietnam experience. I know that it is sheik in this day and age to condemn all wars as unnecessary and wrong. I appreciated that the book truthfully states how horrible war is while at the same time recognizing the need of fighting evil where it exists. Joel’s supernatural experiences during the war and his commitment to serving the Lord after he was discharged, while at first seemed more of a hallucinogenic side effect from pain medication, became more believable and honorable as the story progressed. There is a need for this type of service today. This story created quite a lot of conflicting emotions in me and the author’s words will stay with me for quite a long time. Sgt. Tim Webster, USMC

A Work In Progress
You might consider that there are those that compare "Angels Under Fire" on a par with " Rambo" and "The Cross and the Switchblade" and "Platoon". The manuscript is currently being edited for consideration as a Screenplay for a forthcoming film.
Behind the Scenes
Been working hard with my brother Patrick to get all my ducks in a row for the latest publication. I am working on getting a signed contract back. Pat has been working hard to get things operational, but I suspect he is struggling with this. God knows he needs all the help he can get. Well, guess thats it for now.
